My home story visit in Paris

This is the creative apartment of Charlotte de Tonnac and Hugo Sauzay, unique and talented French designers owner of the company : Festen Architecture.

I love everything in this Parisian flat : simple lines, creativity, harmony in the colors, madness, white walls, minimalism, good balance of the empty spaces and angles, innovation, art deco objects ... and especially I love the cat!

Questo è l'appartamento creativo di Charlotte de Tonnac e di Hugo Sauzay, unici e talentuosi designer francesi proprietari del famoso studio : Festen Architecture.

Mi piace tutto in questa casa : linee semplici, creatività, armonia dei colori, pazzia, muri bianchi, minimalismo, equilibrio tra gli spazzi vuoti e pieni, innovazione, tocchi di oggetti art deco... e soprattutto amo il gatto!

Black is back

The talented designer Laurence Simoncini has decided to change apartment. Still in Paris, and still with her favorite color : black.

This designer has a really special talent, I think she is the only one to be able to work so well with black : industrial spirit, raw materials, punchy colors, handmade furniture, and a lot of natural light.

As she did in her former apartment (it will be another post in the next weeks), she created an harmony between modernity with design pieces and classical hand-made furniture. The result is amazing; this flat seems to be warm and the most important, it has a soul.

Laurence Simoncini is definitely one of the best. 

La talentuosa designer Laurence Simoncini a deciso di cambiare casa. Sempre a Parigi, e sempre con il suo colore preferito : il nero.

Questa designer ha veramente un talento speciale, penso che sia l'unica capace di lavorare così bene con il nero : spirito industry, materiali grezzi, colori forti, mobili artigianali, e tanta luce naturale.

Come aveva fatto nel suo ex appartamento (sarà oggetto di un post nelle prossime settimane), ha creato un'armonia pazzesca tra modernità con pezzi design e mobili grezzi fatti a mano. Il risultato ci lascia senza parole : questa casa è accogliente, e il più importante, ha un'anima.

Laurence Simoncini è senz'altro una delle migliori.

Week End à Paris...

Pack your things, and be ready... We are going to Paris. Of course the city is amazing, but not only. This is everything that I love in interior Design... Materials, light and dark colors and really clean and warm lines! This is the result of the great work of Olivier Marty and Karl Fournier! Ok I buy it from tomorrow...
The design is not only to take pieces from a catalogue, it is especially looking for things around... to the "puces" or second hand markets, mixing the new and used furniture, the House will have a soul!

Fatte le valigie, e tenetevi pronti... Oggi si va a Paris! Non solo la città è eccezionale. Questo appartamento rappresenta tutto quello che mi piace nel interior Design... I materiali, il gioco tra colori chiari e scuri e soprattutto delle linee sia pulite che calde! Questo è il risultato del lavoro meraviglioso di Olivier Marty e Karl Fournier! Lo comprerei anche domani!
Nel Design non si tratta soltanto di comprare cose da un catalogo, ma di cercare cose in giro, nei mercatini di seconda mano ad esempio. Mischiando nuovo e usato, la vostra casa prenderà anima!
