Hans im glück in Munich

Two weeks ago I was in Munich for 3 days. The first evening I was looking for a place to eat. I don't know very well this city, and in that case I never know where to go to have diner (yeah, these are serious problems).

I stopped in that place first, not for the food they offer, but just for the quality of the interior design. I really appreciate places that believe that a good restaurant is like an entire trip, not only a food experience. And when both are deeply respected, that makes you come back. It is what I have done for 3 days in Hans I'm Glück.

Due settimane fa ero a Monaco di Baviera per 3 giorni, la prima sera cercavo un posto dove cenare. Non conoscendo bene la città, in questi casi non so mai dove andare a cena (si questi sono veri problemi).

Mi sono fermato in questo posto per primo, non per il tipo di cibo che offre, ma semplicemente per la qualità degli interni. Apprezzo davvero tanto quando un ristorante non è soltanto un'esperienza gastronomica ma anche un viaggio in se. Quando questi due aspetti vengono rispettati, questo vi fa tornare. Ed è quello che ho fatto per i tre giorni passati a Monaco per Hans In Glück.

All I want for Xmas is Ecliss!

I have never seen a shop like that. Every year I love going to have a look to the best decorated shop for Xmas in all Europe : Ecliss Milano.

Better than Disney Land (yes they can), this store is an explosion of different Xmas themes and styles in the middle of their high quality furniture: the chalet lost in the mountain, the Hampton Xmas, the British Xmas, the Sweety Xmas, the Ice white Xmas...

Non ho mai visto un negozio così. Ogni anno mi piace passeggiare nel negozio con la miglior decorazione natalizia in tutta Europa : Ecliss Milano.

Meglio di Disney ( Eh si, possono), questo store è un'esplosione di differenti temi di Natale e stili in mezzo ai loro mobili di alta qualità : lo Chalet perso nelle montagne, il Natale stile Hampton, stile British, il Dolce Natale, e il Natale bianco ghiaccio...

My home trip story in Nantes (1)

This week I was in Nantes, in France, for work (yes again...). I cannot resit anymore to share this amazing home visit tour from the famous designer Frédéric Tabary.

I love the way he works with the wood and metal, the glass roof and the glass wall. This designer who is famous for recycling things and materials, also applies this method for his own house.

The traditional and modern atmosphere is everywhere in this house, and the cocooning effect works perfectly.

When you visit this place, you can see the different styles he as mixed together by recycling pieces of furniture. His house works like his own showroom where he shows everything he is able to build with his own hands.

This atelier is a very good source of inspiration for everyone that likes interior design, and that is interested in green solutions with sustainable houses. 

Questa settimana ero a Nantes in Francia, sempre per lavoro ( eh si ancora...). Non posso resistere e devo condividere questa casa meravigliosa che appartiene al famoso designer francese Frederic Tabary.

Mi piace molto come lavora il legno e il metallo, il tetto e i muri di vetro. Questo designer, famoso perché ricicla materiali usati, applica questo metodo anche per la sua casa.

Un'atmosfera che sa un po di tradizionale e di moderno abita questa casa, e l'effetto cocooning funziona perfettamente.

Quando visitate questo posto, potete notare gli stili diversi che sono stati mischiati soprattutto attraverso il riciclaggio di altri pezzi di mobili o altro. La sua casa fa anche da showroom dove fa vedere i suoi talenti di creatore e designer.

Questo atelier può anche essere una grande ispirazione per chi ama il mondo del design d'interni, e soprattutto per chi è interessato alle soluzioni eco-sostenibili. 

My tour story in Vienna...

Last week I was in Vienna for work and as usual, when I travel I always try to get some inspiration, in one of the most interesting place in the city where I go.
Like I've done in Bruxelles, I visited very concept place I would like to share with you.
Vienna is always full of ideas, different styles, modernity and innovation in design. Let's have a look in this beautiful place. The Daniel Hôtel.

La settimana scorsa ero a Vienna per lavoro e come al solito, quando viaggio provo sempre a andare a vedere belle cose per l'ispirazione del momento.

Come avevo fatto a Bruxelles, ho visitato un posto che mi fa piacere condividere qui.

Vienna è sempre piena di iniziative, idee, stili diversi, modernità e innovazione nel design. Vediamo un po un bellissimo posto. The Daniel Hotel.

People define it a luxurious Hotel, I prefer just saying that it is a Hotel created to make the difference. The prices are totally affordable. So I think that this hotel is a very good place to go when you decide to spend a week end in the romantic Vienna.

trip in the trendy Bruxelles

This week I was in Brussels for a business trip and I decided to go and visit the famous "Hôtel des Galeries" : soft colors, mix between vintage, modern and Scandinavian furnitures, and finally a natural parquet to make it warmer. 

The use of the different materials is the key of this wonderful hotel.

This place is very cozy, with a good balance of Scandinavian lines and classical ones that are so important in this graceful city.

=> the designer are Fleur Delasalle and Camille Flammarion.

Questa settimana ero a Bruxelles per lavoro, e ne ho approfittato per andare a visitare il famoso "Hôtel des Galeries" : colori soft, mix di mobili vintage, moderni e scandinavi, e per finire un parquet naturale per riscaldare il tutto. 

L'uso di diversi materiali è il punto chiave che fa di questo stabilimento un hotel meraviglioso.

Questo posto è molto accogliente, con un giusto equilibrio tra le linee scandinave e le linee classiche care alla poetica Bruxelles.

This store makes perfectly its work : it makes us dream! Relaxing, cosy, and warm it could be dangerous for a Saturday shopping fever in the beautiful rainy London...

This place also won an INSIDE award for the Best Retail Interior.

Se siete fortunati di essere a Londra domani, dovete assolutamente andare a vedere il meraviglioso negozio "Hostem" in East London....

Questo negozio riempie perfettamente la sua mission : ci fa sognare! Rilassante, cosy, e caldo con un tocco di avventura. Questo potrebbe diventare pericoloso per il portafoglio visto che da qui non so se me ne vorrei andare!

"Hostem" ha anche vinto il premio INSIDE award per il migliore Retail Interior.
